Join us for our first annual Halloween Carnival at Small Talk! This event is designed just for little ones ages 0 to 4 years of age. Our party will be full of fun, non-scary activities perfect for toddlers and young children. Costumes are encouraged but not required. This carnival will be filled with plenty of opportunities for children to play, explore, and enjoy the Halloween spirit without any candy or sugary treats. Expect engaging activities, sensory play, and a festive atmosphere that’s safe and fun for even the tiniest terrors! Come celebrate with us—it's going to be a howling good time!

Details:

Each child must have a separate ticket purchased on their behalf (infants in carriers do not need to pay for this event).

No outside food, water in a closed container is okay.

We ask that no children over the age of 4 attend.

Adults may also dress up, but must be appropriate.
